Chenhao joined the Frazer Lab – Epithelial Cancer Group in 2017 as a PhD student. His research project focuses on understanding the nature of the adaptive immune response to HPV, by studying a transgenic mouse model expressing HPV16 E7 oncoprotein on the surface of epithelial cells. In particular, he uses single-cell RNA sequencing technology to unravel the heterogeneity of CD4+ T helper and regulatory T cell response. Chenhao completed the Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree at Monash University and the University of Melbourne. Then he worked as a full-time staff member within the biopharmaceutical industry before commencing his PhD.
