Bioinformatics and biostatistics

Frazer Institute has access to a diverse range of bioinformatics and biostatistics resources supported by staff adept at applying tools and algorithms and routinely developing new algorithms and methods to enable biological research. Research areas supported by bioinformatics and biostatistics include microarray expression analysis, siRNA and over-expression screen assays, Genome Wide Association Studies and HT-sequencing. Support staff offer service, consultation and collaboration.
